Notice and Takedown

Traffic Rider Mod Download respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to properly submitted takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a Takedown Notice

Anyone who believes content on this site infringes their copyright can submit a notice containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on this site (the specific page URL)
  4. Contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address
  5. A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Send takedown notices to hi@trafficridermoddownload.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.”

Response Process

Valid notices are reviewed and, where infringement is confirmed, the identified material is removed or access to it is disabled within a reasonable timeframe. A confirmation is sent to the notice sender once action is taken.

Counter-Notification

Anyone whose content was removed and believes the removal was made in error can submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the sender’s district

Repeat Infringers

This site reserves the right to remove content and restrict access for material subject to repeated, valid infringement claims.
